What we keep, and why.
Short version: enough to make your thing and post it to you. Nothing sold, ever.
Cookies we use
- Essential. A session cookie keeps you signed in, and a random ID remembers the designs you made so they are still here when you come back. It holds no name, email or anything about you — just a number pointing at your designs.
- Analytics (optional). Google Analytics tells us which pages people use. It only runs if you choose "Accept all". Choose "Essential only" and it stays switched off.
What we store
- The designs you generate, so you can come back to them and reorder.
- If you order: your name, email and shipping address, so we can make and post it.
- Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. They never reach our servers.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your information.
- Send you marketing you did not ask for.
- Share your designs with anyone else.
Your designs
Designs you create are yours to order. We keep the manufacturing files ourselves so we can make the item; we do not distribute design files. If you want your account and designs deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove them.
Making and shipping
Items are made to order in Southern California and posted to you. Because each one is made for you specifically, we cannot resell returns — but if something arrives wrong, damaged, or not as described, tell us and we will remake or refund it.
